you can search on www.sahibinden.com :)
Thanks Birkan
Airbnb.com will be better. Be careful about the sahibinden.com daily rentals cause most of them used for one night stand issues and keep your expectation low about hygiene.
as i understand she will move here , so she will be looking for long term loan , and also as i know on airbnb you just rent rooms or the flat for short term.
That's right I'm here for a year, so airbnb is no good for me. Thanks
https://www.hurriyetemlak.com/kiralik-daire you can search via this link :)
you can check facebook groups. erasmus izmir rent a room is good group.
I've tried fb groups before and they're not helpful and I asked to join a group and nearly a week later and there's no reply to my request, I can give this ago. Thanks
airbnb.com ve sahibinden.com are best of :)
You know it a bit depends, on whether you're looking for some place for a short term or not. As people here mentioned before, there's a huge website called www.sahibinden.com. From word to word, it literally means "from the owner".
It's an online classifieds and shopping platform in which people and businesses buy and sell real estate, cars and a broad variety of goods and services. Registration and posting listings are free of charge.
I don't think if they have English version of their site but google translate would probably work for it. However, the problem is, when you somehow reach the landlord or real estate dealer for the apartment which you may like to rent in the end , it would probably difficult for you to communicate with those people that there's less chance they might be fluent in English. On the other hand, some people would like to carry the rentals to higher price levels than they should be just because you're a foreigner.
Hope those kind of informations help you to find a suitable place to live in.
Cheers!
Thanks for the replies to my question. I'll have a look at the websites mentioned.
For additional people replying to this question with the same websites already mentioned, please don't.
of course sahibinden.com and huriyet.com
looks great but unfortunately it does not support English language.
