Hi Anna, Depending on where you stay, if you are in Capital Federal, you should visit the Colon Theatre, the River Plate football stadium or Boca football stadium. San Telmo. If you need, I can help with this.
Hey Anna, what part of Argentina you go to visit?
Hi anna i think you could go to san Martín de los andes. If you visit capital federal, text me. I can recomend some place where you can fun all night long.
Hi Anna! I{m living in Tandil (350km from Capital Federal). It's a small and relaxing city, with some activities in the nature :) if you want to know here, just let me know!! See you, good luck!
Hi Ana, I hope you have a pleasant trip in Argentina. Argentina is a huge country and distances are longer than what the map shows. That been said, I think for a 20 days trip you have to decide what part to see. January is probably a good time to visit the Patagonia, in such case I'd recommend you to go to El Chaltén, Calafate, and see Perito Moreno's glacier. As Ari Urban I also think San Martín de los Andes is an awesome place to be. Summer is probably too hot as to go to Cataratas del Iguazú in the north, but it's so amazing that if you are planning on going north I'd totally go, as well as Jujuy and Salta where the carnaval takes place. Finally, if you want to visit Buenos Aires, probably one of the most beautiful cities in Argentina, I think you should see Teatro Colón, the Nestor Kirchner cultural centre, the Obelisco, you would probably want to take a walk by 9 de julio street and go to Recoleta, a neighborhood that resembles Paris very much, and La Boca too - specially Caminito street, where famous painter Quinquela Martín spent his life and found inspiration for some of his most famous work (a museum with his paintings is there).
Cheers, Mariana.
Hi Ana, I live in Mendoza, located at 1050 km from Buenos Aires. if you come to Mendoza I hope.
Hi Anna, January is a wonderful time of the year to go to the Patagonia as some already said. You can take a trip through 7 Lagos that includes San Martin de los Andes, Villa Langostura and Bariloche that are really nice places. If you are into camping you can enjoy even more those places!
Hi Anna, if you visit Argentina on Janaury i can recommend you some places to visit and i can guide you if you wish! Its a pleasure for me, cause im student of tourism and i love to show the amazing places that have!! Hope to contact me, but wherever i wish you a nice trip and excelent days in Argentina!
Sorry, i forgot.. i living in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires!
Hi there. So, I live in Buenos Aires, I often travel to Patagonia, and I have family in NOA (the north west region of Argentina). It's a big country for 20 days. If you like "cities", you know, old buildings, theaters, night life, and that kind of stuff, visit Buenos Aires. If you want to feel that you've seen a different culture, music, food, design, etc.; then visit NOA (Cafayate, Purmamarca, Humahuaca, El Valle de la Luna, Talampaya, Salinas Grandes, etc.) If you're into nature, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, forests, birds, and so on... then visit Patagonia, Andes side, all the National Parks. Patagonia is all beautiful, but Bariloche and Bolsón are definitely overrated. Remember that you're traveling in the peak season, so very popular places are really crowded. Hope this helps. Good trip.
