Sunburn treatment in Paris

Hey everyone! I'm now in Portugal and a few days ago I got the 2nd degree sunburn with bubbles. The doctors here did me a bondage, but as I travel to Paris tomorrow, I need to continue treatment there. I want to ask you, locals, and you, travellers, who had maybe that expierence. So I need just to change my bondage every 2 days in steril conditions. Maybe you have a friend who's a doctor, maybe you know the way it's better to do. I just paid 130€ in Portuguese hospital, which is insane for me. I won't be able to pay so much again. Thanks in advance for your advice and help. Bisous!
