Hi to the CS members, I would like to ask about general weather conditions in above places (I know we cannot predict, but locals have mostly a clue about it, haha). I have time from end of February until middle of August to visit those regions. It's a lot of time, but I figured out that I completely missed the good time to travel, or am I wrong?

I am interested in the Baliem festival around 10th of August so everything else can be open. I am really helpless to plan a route to cover those places, because I really don't like rain at all and to cross the sea with rough seas is also not my favourite.

By the way, does anybody knows which Class (Kelas) we have to check where we can extend our tourist visa B211? There are Kelas I, II and III.
