Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a nationally coordinated, state-implemented program that provides systematic information to U.S. beef producers on how common-sense husbandry techniques can be coupled with scientific knowledge to raise cattle. The program trains farmers and ranchers on best-practice management techniques to ensure animal well-being, food safety, and high-quality beef production.
