Bring something to eat and/or drink, bring friends or simply just drop by to hang out at Southbank's riverside green, right next to Kaohsiung Place, with a beautiful view over the river and the city skyline.
Alcohol is allowed until 8pm. You can also bring swimwear if you want to go to the Southbank pools afterwards.
