Welcome to our 8th meeting of Cinema Club 🎥 We are going to discuss Marty Supreme. The film received nine nominations at the 98th Academy Awards, though it ultimately did not win any of them:( It is an American sports comedy-drama film directed by Josh Safdie, starring Timothée Chalamet. It is set in the 1950s, follows a life of Marty Mauser, a young man with a dream no one respects, goes to hell and back in pursuit of greatness.
