Hello Locals and Travelers!: This time I want to invite you to a nature experience: Me, my wife and her friend we decided to go this Saturday to hike The Valley of 5 lakes. We bought already our tickets on FlixBus from Krakow to Zakopane 6:45 a.m. and coming back at 6:50 pm. So the meeting point would be in the Bus Station :) To reach the Valley of 5 Lakes you firstly must get to the starting point at Palenica Bialczanska. This is the entrance to the National Park located very close to the border with Slovakia. To reach Palenica Bialczanska you can take a local bus from Zakopane town bus station. The bus can be easily found by looking out for the ‘Morskie Oko’ sign on the front. Busses run regularly during the summer. The journey time is around 30 minutes however this can be longer if there is traffic. After that pay our entry to the park (last time was 8 zl) and start to walk and enjoy the landscape :D If someone wants to join us, only let us know and buy your tickets on FlixBus :)
