Coming to a strange city, the last thing you need to worry about, should where you will be staying for the night I am a person whom my past Couchsurfing vistors have described as friendly, helpful and fun lovng. It is a common theme I suppose, but I am sure there is more to me than that. The world is gettng smaller and smaller each year and I find the world is coming through the front door of the house I am living each day in the form of Couchsurfers. I discovered Couchsurfing over three years ago after watching a documentary about it on the RT channel from Russia (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUyBPbGxJ9o). Since then I have been part of it . I have liked what I have done and have had fun doing this wonderful thing and meeting amazing people from overseas. I would like to Couchsurf overseas at some time in the future. So far, I have gained a good reputation I think as a host, so hopefully I won't have too much trouble finding places to stay.
