Yes, it’s Jonathan. A Philosophical Travel Writer. During the pandemic, I spent six months in meditation retreat. Since then, I no longer introduce myself by saying, "I come from China." I simply say: This body comes from China. As for where what I call "myself" comes from— I'm still traveling to find out. I can’t fully explain what has no fixed form and changes from moment to moment, but I can share what I’ve lived and seen along the way, those stories — I've crossed deserts, slept in forgotten villages, shared tea with strangers, and sat silently beneath unfamiliar skies. Those moments explain me better than any definition ever could. I’m a talkative person in real life, but don't enjoy endless online conversations. I'd rather share tea than text.
