The tourism reforms in Bhutan effective from July 2022 does not permit any tourist or traveller enter Bhutan without paying SDF of Nu 1200/- per head to Indians and $ 100 per day to any third country tourist. Furthermore, one can't travel freely without a guide and car. So now and hereafter, as a Couch Surfer, I can ONLY help and link you with the travel agents and meet up when you are at the capital city.
