Hi, I'm Laureline (Lina is my chinese name). I can currently not host people as I don't have my own flat either. I will be in Germany soon for a month before traveling to China by train and bus in October. I'm planning to stay in China for at least two months to visit the area where my mother's originated. I hope to learn more of the language and discover the country. I am taking this trip as a break after completing my PhD in Marine Ecology, so I am particularly interested in marine conservation and climate change mitigation. I am a plant-based eater and I love cycling and swimming. I love photography too and draw and paint when I find time for it!

I am from south of France, 300 days of sun per year :) My perspectives for the following months would be to perfect my german language, to live abroad : I plan to live in Switzerland for my professional experience in mid mars 2027. Cultural informations are welcomed. For now I moved to Grand-Est in France, and in the end of August I think I will make a tour in Switzerland to have a look :) Probably Bern, I like German part, very fond of Bavaria for I lived there, and it looks alike. I might live in Basel or Zurich, cities where i'll most probably land based on my work speciality
