Hey Couchsurfing community! 🌍 It’s been about 9-10 years since I last updated my profile, it truly feels like another life! A lot has changed. I’m now a proud mum of three beautiful boys (9, 5 and 3 years old), and I run my own company based in a historic greenhouse in Sola, Norway. It’s a pretty special place, if you’re ever in the area, don’t hesitate to reach out! I studied Hotel Management at Stavanger’s School of Hotel Management, which probably explains my love for hosting and making people feel welcome. Before settling down, I spent years travelling and collecting adventures, and while life looks a little different now with three boys keeping me on my toes, that adventurous spirit hasn’t gone anywhere! Life is busy and our home is always full of energy, but logging back in and rediscovering old messages and profiles gave me such a happy and good confidence boost. It reminded me of so many great memories made through this community, and it made me want to give back. I’m always up for meeting new people and creating good memories together. I’d love to get more involved again! I can also help with practicalities, happy to pick you up from Sola Airport and show you around the area. 🙌 Looking forward to reconnecting with this amazing community! ☺️
What I reveal about myself will vary depending on who you are, and what I believe you could be interested in hearing. Creating a generic profile won't enable that flexibility. To state something in general, I'd say I'm able to get along well with just about anyone. My best friends are so different that they will not befriend each other ❄🔥⚡🌱 I won't share the full story of my life publicly here, so send me a message if you're curious about anything. You can ask me about whatever, ranging from personal questions to requesting my CV or profile links! 😄 For surfers: Be yourself. I'd be happy to host anyone, especially people that can share perspectives I am currently unfamiliar with. If you're here for a conference/seminar/workshop/course/lecture/interview or have a defined schedule/goal of some sort, I don't mind simply offering a free place to stay. However - depending on my schedule - I'd love to hang out with you for as long you'd like me to do so 😌 Anyway, it would great if you could let me know what in particular it is that makes you interested in staying here (don't forget that there are also many other awesome hosts around, so it's up to you to figure out where it is most likely that you'll be finding the experiences you're looking for). I’m on couchsurfing to host people that are going to the mountains or visit the fjords. I feel so gratefull having these views and all that fresh air just outside my door. So i would like to share that with others.
