Hola amigos. I currently live in Copán Ruinas, Honduras, where I’m working, learning, and creating lasting memories. I was raised in Cali, Colombia, a city full of flavor and life! I enjoy teaching and learning new Salsa moves. I love what most people do here, which is to travel and meet people/explore cultures while at it. A few things: Music, travel, art, and humanitarian work are my passions. Picasso's Blue Period is, to me, the most significant and the highlight of his legacy. CURRENT MISSION Limit myself to 3 espressos per day or less ABOUT ME Hmmm...well after a couple years working, I decided I needed to be a student again. I am pursuing a masters course in Sustainable Forestry from the University of Copenhagen and about to take off to Honduras to do some field work. I am super interested in how tropical forests store carbon, but promise not to talk about it unless you ask. Aside from those boring details, things I like include: reading the new yorker, fine craft micro brews, bicycles, fine craft microbrews while on bicycles, sunshine, sunshine while on bicycles (with fine craft microbrews), doing mountainy things like climbing and skiing, starting books and never finishing them, listening to Neil Young, pondering if I will ever settle for a real job, searching the internet for ways to travel the world without getting a real job. PHILOSOPHY Take it eeeeeeaaasy. Dont let the sound of your own wheels make you crazy!
