CURRENT MISSION Keep walking ABOUT ME I am a generally optimistic person :-) I like the sunrise, warm blankets and fluffy socks, I like the smell of autumn and chocolate (who doesn't), I like experiencing new things and sharing ideas, I like being inspired by other people and I like to be the inspiration as well. I don't like injustice, spiders and loud party music. I do like my family and friends, which is the only thing I miss during my travels, but luckily there is always Skype and my 9 year old niece already knows how to use it :-) PHILOSOPHY Just do it! ...and ... Leave my own foodprints in this world :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING offer a couch to surf... and ... surf COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My CS-Experience started in France where I met awesome new people who teached me about their culture and who soon became friends. They have shown me how great and wonderful CS can be!!! Since then I hosted some people, played tourist-guide and met people for a drink. I especially enjoyed my travels through the US, Mexico, Guatemala and Ecuador, where I got to know the countries culture through the eyes of its local people bs "surfing" :-) I hope I will have more of this sort of experience all over the world.

I have climbed mountains and watched the sun set, I swam in oceans, lakes and rivers and watched the sun rise, I camped, I hiked, I went on a road-tour. I spent time with people from all sorts of different cultures, languages and social backgrounds. I taught and I have been taught, I run from wild animals, I fell into holes, down stairs, up stairs, I stumbled and tumbled, I ate food I didnt know and lots of food I do know, and well, I always try to enjoy life to the fullest, no regrets, because its these things that make us smile and remember at the end of our life's, so I want to enjoy every day, as long as I can :-)
