As fun as being a tourist is, I find it a bit pointless visiting new places just to see the local attractions. I would rather meet local people, live as they do, and experience what life is like from their perspective.

Taking the Trans-Mongolian railway from Beijing - Moscow was pretty amazing, but there are even more amazing things to come!
