CURRENT MISSION It's not mutually exclusive to be confident and humble, to be skeptical and eager to learn. ABOUT ME I am a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth. I grew up here in Duluth and know what the town has to offer. I love to hang out in the woods, ski, hike, mountain bike, go on new adventures....and enjoy good local food and beer. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I've surfed and hosted many times now. I'm a lifelong Duluth resident, so I know the town well and can offer suggestions of fun things to do while here, as well as meet up for food/drink/entertainment. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Lots of surfing and hosting, and equally as many positive and inspirational encounters because of it!

Indie-tronica-funk-pop, folk...seeing live music. I'm not too much of a movie buff, but enjoy shows like the House of Cards, Sherlock, How I Met Your Mother, Breaking Bad, Rick and Morty... Twain, Kerouac, sociological research about current lifestyles, ecology, economics, politics, sustainability, social justice.

Duluth has a wonderfully extensive urban trail network, including the Superior Hiking Trail which runs right through town. So many opportunities to walk out your front door and be in the woods exploring in no time.
