ABOUT ME Drew, 24, idealist and engineering student. I'm friendly, occasionally overly-polite (working on it), and generally accommodating and open to fascinating people that I share existence with! Technologist and outdoorsman, writer, mathematician, and amateur cartographer. PHILOSOPHY People are generally inherently good. Worry is the most useless human emotion. Be good to people. It's always worth it somehow. Learn and grow. Learn and grow. Learn and grow.

Почему я на Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Despite never actually hosting myself, I've served as an ad-hoc host for a local co-op with a high traffic of surfers over the years. I've met countless new people this way, showed them various aspects and sights of the city, and exchanged some wonderful experiences. In this way, I feel as though I've been a part of this community since 2009. I also co-operated a house venue and hosted bands from across the world! Now I'm making it official!

Одно удивительное, что я сделал
Hiking 11 miles up the face of a Hawaiian mountain, stopping to gorge on strawberry guava trees half-way through. Sleeping on an air-mattress atop a Chicago roof, just because it was cooler than the apartment downstairs. Pretty much every camping trip ever.
