I've been couchsurfing since 2008, and although it has changed a bit I still love connecting with people here and seeing a place through the eyes and stomach of a local. I've hosted in Madrid, Kirkland, and Melbourne. I enjoy meetings and arranging meet ups with other travelers and locals. I also love showing people around my city, and even though I can't host now, if I have the time I would love to meet up.
