My place is very small, so an air mattress on the living room floor is all I can offer but come visit and let me show you around! I love the Couchsurfing community and the potential to really enhance someone's travel experience. Meeting locals is always one of my favorite parts of exploring a new place and I've loved meeting up with people from Couchsurfing in my own travels. *Also, I have hosted more than it appears, as my former partner and I hosted under his profile.

My tastes are pretty varied, like most people, it's harder to name what I don't like than what I do. Lately, I've been reading a lot of nonfiction, but my favorite books tend to be novels. Don Quixote, Anne of Green Gables series, Game of Thrones series. A number of books from my childhood also make the cut: Heckedy Peg, Who's Got the Apple, Francis, The Woman in the Moon. I love to dance so I'm into anything with a great beat. Bhangra, Reggaeton, Top40, Banda. On a daily basis I'm more likely to listen to something more calming, like Ryan Bingham, Cat Stevens, Paul Simon, Ella Fitzgerald. I also love musicals! I enjoy most films but my favorites include classic musicals, thrillers, foreign films (particularly Indian, Iranian, Korean, Japanese), romantic comedies, and gangster films.
