On night when we were on our sailboat in open ocean from Colombia to Panama we started sailing through plankton. As the motions of the water lit up the bacteria and started to glow you could spot dolphins swimming along the boat under the water. The movement made their mass glow as you watched them swimming in amount the waves. It is one of the many magical moments during my trip that I have thought to myself 'quitting your job was certainly worth it -just for this moment right here. '

Food, bacon and beaches. But clearly so much more than that. While I am travelling I am interested in experiencing as much as I can in the places that I visit. To see the sites, taste the food and meet the people. When I am back home I really enjoy trying new foods, partaking I the arts scene - musicals, the ballet and exhibitions, and going o concerts and festivals. I love getting away and heading to the beach and spending time with those close to me. At the end of a long day I also love a good book or movie.
