I have studied, practiced, and taught yoga and qigong, and I have an interest in a wide variety of things including (but not limited to): nutrition, ayurveda, Chinese medicine, functional movement, strength training, western mysticism, tantra, history, science, psychology, philosophy, mythology, and pretty much everything else. PHILOSOPHY Theravadan Buddhism, for the most part. Also interested in American pragmatism, stoicism, and pretty much anything Greek or Indian.
