CURRENT MISSION Meet interesting people. ABOUT ME I was born in Germany. My father is German and my mother is Irish. Have lived in New Zealand since I was two. I love to travel (but can't at the moment due to lack of $$), scuba dive, ride horses, learn languages. I live on my small yacht in Endeavour Inlet with my son.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have enjoyed hosting people from all over the world over the past few years. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Have been a host for three years and so far have enjoyed having visitors from many different countries and backgrounds. Previously I have hosted and travelled with Global Freeloaders and Servas.

I love to read all sorts of books but mainly non-fiction or historically based novels.

Would love to share my experiences of home birth and home education. Please teach me some of your mother tongue. Would love to learn how to be more patient and appreciate the here and now instead of always planning for good times in the future.
Мои интересы
I love to learn and want to know everything! Especially languages and how things work. At the moment the languages I am most interested in are Filipino (for my children's sake especially), Maori, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, Tibetan, Esperanto. I wish Esperanto would become more popular as I feel sorry for those of you having to learn English!!
