CURRENT MISSION To meet and host interesting people who have travelled as I have in the past - which is how I ended up here. ABOUT ME Easy going, slightly eccentric Englishman abroad with a left wing greeny outlook on life and delusions of becoming a renaissance man - hence the piano in the picture of the couch and a full bookshelf. Books - anything interestingly and intelligently written - I have read the likes of Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Tolstoy. Movies - American Beauty, Pulp Fiction, Blade Runner; somewhat boy-y taste but an definite emphasis on witty dialogue.

I started as a greeny visiting Tasmania to plant bushes, and end up through various serendipitous events living here in a place I love. I have toured Europe, worked there and in the states, lived the life of a consultant travelling business class - so I now know what I have here.
