I've had some astoundingly good experiences courtesy of connections made on this website and have come to think of it as an essential travel tool. Couchsurfing has changed the way I do trips into brief meetings with kindred characters, allowing us to meet and share.

My tastes are pretty broad but I'm always looking for more good lo-fi surf sounding jams, and gritty old outlaw country is tough to beat. I might just be saying that last part because it sounds right. I think my only country record is something by Dolly Parton. I'd rather read, just finished a book about the work of Gurdjieff, and want to know what you have on your bookshelf.
