Почему я на Couchsurfing
Meet locals, explore new places. I'm moving back to the East from the West (my homecoast) this fall, hope to spend some time outside of my truck bed, visiting old friends and making new ones along the way. I don't currently have a place of my own available for others to crash, but potentially in the future, in Western NC.

Once I witnessed a dragonfly hatching from its nymph form. I've saved a mole, twice. Once from a garden bed in NC, another time from a parking lot gutter in CA.

I love to learn new skills, especially function oriented (I've been called a Domestic Goddess, I prefer Subsistence Skills Enthusiast) Also anything about plants and regenerative/sustainable living systems (historical/cultural/present), I love to learn and share.

I can bake, and cook some good foods (former fine dining Pastry Sous Chef) Good at hand sewing; mending, hemming and such. Also an intermediate/experienced gardener with some medicinal plant knowledge. Love dogs, and cats.
