I have lived in Korea since early 2012, teaching English, working at a nonprofit, writing and editing for a community magazine and now in graduate school in Korean Studies in Seoul since 2018. I've traveled around Korea a fair amount and am knowledgeable about the language, modern history and social movements. *Graduate school and work keeps me busy these days, so I am not 100% on hosting, but if you need a place to crash and some travel information, message about at least one week in advance and I'll see what I can do.*

I look for amazing things everyday - they are all there for us - the stars, the trees, connections between people, we don't have to look very hard :)

I can teach languages, writing and meandering exploration, finding the beauty in small things. I'm interested in all different kinds of people from different cultural backgrounds, but especially if you are active in progressive movements, farming, local music scenes and things like that, I'd love to hear about that in other countries.
