CURRENT MISSION To light the masses at massives. ABOUT ME I didn't vote for our idiot leader. I should just say I am from Canada, Sigh. Socially Liberal despite, or perhaps due to military service I completed in 2005. I am currently work for a fortune 500 as a computer hardware lab manager. I manage the machines not people. I like it that way. Enjoy my day job more then most in the US I think. By night I am a hardcore light tech. I spend all my extra money on lighting gear. PHILOSOPHY I live to build new creations.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE First experience with couch surfing is that a friend of mine in London used this site, and I had to schedule around when I could use his couch with the other guests he had from here. :) I also hosted once. It went quite well.

Went to burning man in 2008. Got 10 strangers to start dancing with me at DnB show at Fabric in London. Walked around Big spiky head of a nuke reactor (while shutdown). Stepped out of plane a few miles up without much fear. Plenty of other boring stuff :)

Sci-fi books, Going to large electronic music shows. For a hobby I do lighting for medium size shows, around 200-3000. The Denver area has a fair number of shows, I tend to be busy every other weekend doing lighting for a show. I have modified DMX (lighting control protocol) controllers, built my own, and designed my own fixtures. I work closely with several VJ's who I often book to do visual art for shows I am doing.
