ABOUT ME Full time nomad. Minimalist. Introvert with extroverted tendencies. My greatest passions are vegan food, globe trotting, and dancing (salsa and swing are my favorites). In 2011 I quit my desk job, sold or donated almost everything I owned, and moved into a renovated van in an effort to eat at every vegan restaurant in the US. Mission accomplished 2 years later!
