HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I would like to tap into the CS community, get to know fellow travel lovers, grab a beer, discuss experiences, learn something new. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I hosted half a dozen surfers or so back when I lived in Portland, OR. I've also gone to a handful of meet-ups. It's been a great experience.

I like movies that are thought provoking, sometimes a little out there. Donnie Darko, 28 Days Later, City of God, American History X, LA Confidential, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, Mad Max Fury Road. I like a wide variety of music, mostly rock, underground hip-hop, 80s, indie rock. As far a books go I like most Vonnegut books, Catch-22, 1984, Cloud Atlas, Lost City of Z, Geek Love, A Confederacy of Dunces, mostly I'm just trying to catch up on New Yorker articles.
