CURRENT MISSION I want to spread the Hula Hoop Bug! I was bitten 4 years ago and I haven't looked back, now I run a sucessfull Hoop class in England. I want to teach Hula Hooping tricks and skills to anyone kind enough to host me :) ABOUT ME I am 22 years old and love to meet different fun and friendly people! I am always on the look out for new experiences and am particularly interested in cultural exchanges. I run a sucessful Hula hoop class and have featured on the front page of the local newspaper with it! I love to share the joy of Hoop dance with all that come my way! I have travelled round South East Asia, I spent 3 months visiting Thailand, Laos and Vietnam in 2010 which was one of the best experiences of my Life! I am also a fire performer who uses fire staffs and fire hula hoops and have performed all over South East Asia. I am constantly trying to improve my languages, Spanish and French in particular. I would love the chance to meet up with friendly people who are fluent in these languages. I also play and teach the piano, and write songs on the guitar which I perform at my local pub. I think my friends would describe me as a nice, bubbly, polite, friendly individual who is always up for meeting lovely new people and trying something new! PHILOSOPHY Finding the Balance

Почему я на Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I always love to get involved in group activities. I am a good team member and actively take an interest within my own local community. I am organising a Hooping flash mob in my home town this year for Stroud Carnival, and I also like to support local good charitable cause. This year I raised enough money through a charity circus show, to buy £400 worth of Hula Hoops for people at my local mental health hospital and community rehabilitation centres which I volunteer with and am currently founding a Hooping Support Group. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have never couch surfed before! My friends have and have really enjoyed the experience. I am really interested in surfing at a person from another cultures house and hopefully exchanging some Hooping, piano or English skills to learn something about their way of life and language. Hopefully I will make a lovely group of new international and different friends who I can host back in the future! I am very clean, polite and tidy and an expert at washing up! If you need any cleaning done point me in the right direction :)

I think seeing a flock of tens of thousands of swallows come back to a cave in Mae Hon Song in Thailands come back to a cave to then watch tens of thousands of Bats exit it to go hunting at Sunset was one of the most awe inspiring sights I have ever seen.

I teach Hula hooping on different parts of the body, e.g. neck, shoulders, elbows, hands, knees and nose! I also teach tricks such as how to lift the hoop off your body and how to dance with it in a way that encourages beneficial flow. I teach piano where I live so if anyone wants help with their practice I can Help. I am a native English speaker, and can speak basic Spanish and a little French. I am always happy to teach English. I love to cook Vegan and vegetarian dishes. I am an top rate washer upper! I would like to class my conversational skills as being mildly entertaining. I am always up for a good time and an excellent companion for most activities!
