I’m an embodiment facilitator, retreat host, and energetic bodyworker who helps people feel more free, confident, alive, and at ease in their bodies. I believe in creating spaces where people can truly connect—with themselves, each other, and the moment. When I travel, I love diving into local culture, meeting new people, and exchanging stories over a shared meal or a spontaneous adventure. I’m equally at home hiking a mountain trail, soaking in hot springs under the stars, or dancing barefoot at a beach gathering.
