Parasailing over the Gulf was a really neat experience. I've also rode the world's tallest & fastest roller coaster (at the time) Kingdom Ka in NJ

I love to cook at home, my in home "restaurant" even has a name known to quite a few as "Amy's kitchen" Also, I'm really into history.
