To start to be vegeterian or somhoe veqan and of course meditation

I can teach how to meditate and be calm and accept everything as it is or not to be a person with the way of controling your mind

To share with host our meal, expenses, to clean the hose, to be good companion for the parties and of course for the meal and some vine :)

I like to control my mind, therefore meditation is the best technique I think. But to be honest i alwasy try to control my mind with the way of not reacting people, or thought of mine
