Hello there, I am Annika 👋🏽 My first year abroad was in the United States with just 15 years old and with 18 I traveled Asia and Southern Africa for 9 months. 2019 I lived in Paris and now I just moved to Quito and I hope to meet some great people here.

Почему я на Couchsurfing
Backpacking is a lot of fun and I do it because I love meeting new people from all over the world. That is also how I got the idea to try couch surfing. Meeting somebody at his home and learning from somebody who lives in a town I am interested in is the best way to not only find out about the touristic things but also about actual life. As soon as I am back home I would love to also welcome couch surfer to my home 🏡

This one is hard to answer because I love a lot of music and I read everything that is not fantasy. I prefer rock and reggae music and I guess thriller is my favorite genre for books. I do not own a TV because I sold mine, I am just not that much into watching tv. Sometimes I watch movies in the movie theatre but that is only every three months maybe.

I live only 20 minutes from the French border (whenever I actually live "at home") and I really want to learn French! Because I've lived in the United States for a year I am pretty good at English and love to help others. I like cooking a lot and I love sharing my skills and learning new thing from others.
