Hi! I’m Arthur. Until recently, I was living between two worlds: one as an environmental student in Brussels, the other as a traveler. The first was filled with restaurant jobs, cinema, biking, improv theater, craft beer, and various kinds of engagement. The second took me from Icelandic tundras to Guatemalan jungles. Recently, I have committed to travelling across Scandinavia exclusively by hitchhiking, spending several months in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. What’s this journey about? redefining long-distance mobility. After immersing myself in various travel worlds (volunteering, trekking, urban tourism…), I became overwhelmed by their social and ecological impacts. That’s when I chose a different path: traveling with less money, no planes, and much deeper, more nourishing interactions. I’m also exploring how to reshape our approach to climate change adaptation, by learning from Indigenous communities who thrive in extreme environments. This idea was born from my travels and eventually became the topic of my master thesis. Now it’s time to shift from theory to practice! UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026: Life is changing! I have now settled in Copenhagen in a beautiful apartment with my girlfriend. I am looking to start my career and build a new social life here—perhaps soon by hosting people.

Музыка, кино и книги
Don't read a lot, but love music, espacially discover new one from different country.
Одно удивительное, что я сделал
Crossing Iceland: sleeping in a tent and hitchyke. Normal ? Yes. Exept when you forget that you're ONLY supposed to do that in summer... But you end up doing it in Winter, when most of the inner-country is closed for safety reasons. (=Snow storm).
Учить, учиться, делиться
Everything means "a bit more" for me, so I'm always super interested by learning new skills or discovering cultures.
Что я могу предложить хостам
Sharing simple and good moment, cooking, talking about travel experience and sharing tips. I can advice you nice place in Brussel but i'm not into urban tourism that much.
