I thought it wasn't normal to have a constant identity crisis until i stumbled upon the term - Third-Culture Kid. Yes! Something that helps describe what I am. Spent my entire life in India until recently (approx. 2 years) I "returned home" to Indonesia. I attended school, under grad (in Sociology) and post grad (in International Relations) in Delhi and most of my friends never fail to remind me that I am 'more Indian than I am Indonesian' and sometimes 'very Indonesian'. Being stuck with these two dichotomies.
