My name is Bernardo Tavares and I am 25 years old. I did my bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and recently achieved a Master degree in Marketing at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. I'm curious, adventurous, respectful, listener and a very persistent person who's always willing to face new challenges. I'm not shy at all and love to talk and meet new people. I'm totally passionate about food, traveling, music, photography, cinema and I love to practice sports. I also love to get out of my comfort zone, because by doing that I'm able to experience life at its best, to discover the unknown and also to face my fears. By doing that I'm able to grow up in every kind of aspects.

I'm on this platform because it was recommended by a great friend of mine. He's a pure traveler and adventurer. He always said that the best way to get yourself deep into a country, city and its culture is by meeting the locals. Couchsurfing gives you all these perks and much more, he said. So, since traveling is one of my great passions, it'll definitely be a new way of discovering the city and its roots! I never tried it, but I'm looking forward to do it in the near future!
