I’m often quiet and shy but I try to live outside of my comforts, traveling has especially allowed me to do and be so. But above all else I think of myself as a curious person, it’s the motivation behind all of my actions, it makes me seek knowledge from literature to Russian politics. learn languages, absorb art, look for the next striking film, pursue a new recipe, seek out new experiences and indulge in sumptuous foods and wines.

Postwar Japanese films especially hold a place in my heart from Ozu to Kurosawa along with every Studio Ghibli film.
