Brendan: I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Albania for 2 years. Grace: I've been zip lining through the rain forests of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

We can offer or arrange transportation to the train station and around the area. We can share local knowledge, offer contact references, and serve as a personal guide for many of Taitung's outdoor activities and sight seeing locations. We hope that our guests will be willing to spend time with us and explore the area a little. Sitting in our apartment too long might feel confined and boring. *The apartment is a little isolated, it is not within walking distance from the city or train station. It's a 10 minute drive to the nearest store, restaurant, or local transport. Guests will need to rely on us to give them a ride, or they can rent a bicycle, hire a taxi, or do some long distance walking if they want to explore on their own.* **We are busy with school/work Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-9:30pm, so guests will be on their own during those times. Mornings and weekends are free for us to spend time with you.**
