I´ve been camping a lot in Greece - Crete, Kefalonia, Ithaka.. Anyway, here is the golden recipe for cooking Rice or Kritharaki if you use saltwater for cooking, remember: 100ml saltwater for 100g rice/pasta to get the right saltiness, fill up the rest with sweetwater!

I know my dips, especially when it comes to hummous, pesto or any veggies you can make cremes of :) Being german there is also the natural ability to bake good bread haha :D I m always after good recipes if you mind sharing your most secretly ones?!
