I stumbled into couch surfing when I found myself stuck without accommodation in Brazil and an amazing woman offered me a room in her home. Since then I have been hosted by many wonderful people and hope to host them in the future. You can learn so much more about a new place from the people then you can from a travel book. I would always prefer to stay with locals over staying in a hotel.

I am easy going and independent. I can entertain myself or provide good conversation and travel stories. You will always have a friend in Vancouver!
