I'm a girl from the Netherlands and I've always loved to travel the world. It's been my dream since I was little to backpack and meet people all over the world. I joined Couchsurfing in the hope that I will meet lovely people on the way and I hope that with people like you, I can expand my horizons and learn how cultures differ around the world. If it's the other way around or if I can help you out with anything (looking after the children or pets or so), I'd be glad to help you guys too. In my normal life I am graduated from vwo highschool, and therefore I speak Dutch, English, German, and Spanish. I love to make music, I play guitar, piano, a little bit cello and I sing. I also love to dance. I prefer Salsa and Latin. Besides that, I like to get into a good book and I love sports in general. I hope you're as enthusiastic as I am and I'm looking forward to meeting you :)!

I love to meet people all over the world, to exchange culture and to experience new traditions. It's always the people that make the place and experience.

> Actually I listen to a whole wide range of music. From Disney to musical and from oldies to pop, as long as it has a melody. I've visited a couple of concerts of Bruce Springsteen, I've seen Mumford and sons and Tom Jones. Since I was little, I've been taken to music festivals by my mom, so I love these too. > I love movies. If you want to escape the world for a second, movies and series are the solution. I'm always in the mood for a good thriller or a movie with a lot of action, but a romantic comedy is my guilty pleasure. Movies like 'Taken', 'Crossroads', Disney movies and musicals, I can watch a hundred times. > For the same reason I love movies, I love books too. Books like 'Me before you', 'before you go' and 'the hunger games' are my favourite.

I've already seen quite some places, but last year I backpacked through Europe for half a year on my own. Mostly because of Couchsurfing, I met so many lovely people and I saw so many beautiful places, an experience to never forget. Recently, a couple of weeks ago, I backpacked through Bali for 3 weeks. Even though it was not comparable to Europe, this was amazing on itself.
