I created a group for young people in my city. It's like scouts but with extreme sports. The name is Escuadrón Dashen (You can find it in Youtube and Facebook, a lot of videos and references of pepople who says they changed their life because of the group) The group Escuadrón Dashen is to make new leaders, they learn comunication skills, camping skills, topographic, history, whatever he needs. And they take courses to be the Leader of one of the teams (The teams have Civiltations Names like Spartans, Troyans, Celtics, Apaches, Dayaks, Aztecs, Nordics and others) The people is prepared to go to summer camps every year, and also winter camps.
