ABOUT ME Hello, to everybody: i'm Filippo an italian medical student, specifically an aspiring psychiatrist. I am easygoing, open-minded and respectful: I don't appreciate people who don't respect each other, we can have different point of views and we can try to learn something and enrich ourselves from each other, so why do we have to disrepect! To live in accordance with how one thinks i just try to be myself and don't try to impose my criteria on the rest. I want to respect people's freedom. I love diversity and meeting people. My biggest passion is everything that moves me out of my comfort zone, where the life really begins: i know that it could seem a bit expected, but i'm really trying to "force" myself to learn everyday something new about the world i live in (myself included). I am very addicted to music , to cinema, all the activities related to these 2 branches, philosophy and psychology. PHILOSOPHY Gestalt prayer " I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you, and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, it's beautiful. If not, it can't be helped. " CURRENT MISSION Enrich ourselves by experiencing the new: experience is far more valuable than money will ever be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I decide to participate in couchsurfing to share experiences, music, food, stories, thoughts, ideas, opinions and, especially, to break the routine: i hate full life, i'm trying to go through my fears and to explore something new. I always say that everytime things get too easy and comfortable, i just know I need to change, to go. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I begun my couchsurfing "path" in 2015, in Lisbon: my first travel alone that has definitely changed my life and improved myself.

My biggest passions are people, that is also one of the reason why i've chosen the medical school. I like to "read" people stories, souls, memories. I know that it could seem expected but i really think that our culture, our spirit, increase by sharing memories, tales, curiosities of our hometown, our past, dreams, feelings and sensations so i can't teach anything, i do not have particular skills: I can only learn from the others and i can only share my person, with my thoughts, my dreams and my emotions.
