CURRENT MISSION To live more fully in the present. ABOUT ME I grew up outside of Portland, Oregon and have spent a good portion of my Adult life in Alaska. The last three years I've been in Juneau working in a Marine Chemistry Lab. I've recently moved back to the lower 48 and am excited to be back back in warmer climes. PHILOSOPHY To live life more thoroughly in the present and through that do away with worry, insecurity, guilt which only act to clutter life experience and hamper freedoms.

I know a little about a lot of different plants. Mainly NW native plants but also some about the main medicinal herbs. I know how to make tinctures, salves, and creams. I know a few good jokes. I know how to cut loose and dance like no ones watching. I know how to make origami balloons. I REALLY want to learn how to kite surf and speak better spanish.
