ABOUT ME My name is Herbert lost in berlin at the moment. I have the world as nation, like the fishes have the sea. Почему я на Couchsurfing
Whenever I travel, I try to use CS because I enjoy travelling so much more this way. The people you meet are amazing and the inside the locals share with you is priceless and cannot be found in any guidebook. CS showed me that there are no strangers on this planet, just people you don't know yet. It also showed me that I have many friends all over the world, some of them I just haven't met yet. I´ve made many friends hosting (with CS) and when I meet them again, it´s like a family reunion - amazing feeling!

I'm always very interested in cultural stuff: When I go to a city with someone else I always drag everybody into every museum I can find. However I prefer the counrtyside to the cities. I love spending time with nature. I enjoy learning languages...speaking the language of the country you travel allows one to dig so much deeper into the society and culture.
