Movies: Fight Club, Usual Suspects, Memento, Silence of the Lambs, Requiem for a Dream, I am Sam, Wolf of Wall Street, Toys, The Truman Show, and several more. I cannot enjoy chick flicks for the life of me, but I will watch for the sake of making a friend happy. 1984, Brain on Fire, Left Neglected, Stumbling on Happiness, The Lathe of Heaven, Stephen King novels, Chika Chika Boom Boom, to name a few.

I love everything about nature. When I hike, it feels more like home than the place where my mail collects. I am an affectionate creature. I think it's important to make people feel appreciated. I used to be big on playing basketball and volleyball (and all contact, aggressive sports), but I transitioned to powerlifting after several big injuries. I'm currently finishing up a DPT degree at Columbia University, and I'm looking to work in sports medicine / athletic performance. I love what I do and I can't wait to finish this program. I'm horrible at texting. I love meeting new people, but I'm perfectly happy with alone time too. I write when I can -- I've been doing it off and on for 14 years. I am grateful for my life. I wish to be a generous person. I like to start my day with music and end my day with learning something new.
