Hey there! I'm Hui Ying. It's been some time since I joined CS when I was on an exchange programme in Sweden but it was only recently that I had decided to update this profile of mine! I enjoy meeting new people, and of course traveling. Having the opportunity to take a sneak peak into people's lives of different culture and background never fails to draw me into. I'm definitely a foodie and you might have already know that Singapore is Home to a multi-racial culture and a wide spectrum of amazing food dishes which I never get bored of. Singapore might be a commercialized city but there are still places where you could still draw near to nature and local historic sites.

Почему я на Couchsurfing
To make new friends and of course to share about my hometown :) Even though I am unable to host, I'm definitely more than willing to meet up and show you around! I think that couchsurfing is also a perfect avenue to get to know a country in a local's perspective and to visit places that are off the beaten tracks.

I've done volunteer work in Malang,Indonesia. In Malang, I had fun refurbishing the school's library and conducting English lessons for the kids in school! I went on an student exchange programme to Uppsala, Sweden back in 2013. It was definitely one of those life-changing experience being able to step out of my comfort zone to see the world anddddd my favourite activity was caving in Budapest!
