Hi, I'm Illés, a 25-year-old journalist from Budapest, Hungary. I've been doing this job since I finished my studies at the university (media studies and sociology). I consider myself to be a sociable and curious person who loves listening to other people's stories about themselves. I like deeper conversations especially with people who have strong views on things around us, even if we are not on the same page. There is nothing more inspiring than a good debate with a clever person. :) At the same time, I also like spending my time alone, so I have no problem finding interesting activities as a couchsurfer by myself. I like reading, watching series, tasting food and listening to music of many kinds. In my free time, I also like watching football games, although I don't have the same amount of time to do that as I used to have in my childhood:) Still, I'm a Real Madrid fan!

Музыка, кино и книги
It's always hard for me to mention one or two favourite music, film, book, etc. My taste has been changed over time, and I love the feeling when I start to like a type of music I couldn't have imagined to ever listen to. As for music, I like quite many things from electronic, mainly house stuff to Hungarian alternative rock bands. I like smaller, not very crowded festivals, although I only had the chance to visit the Hungarian ones. Anyway, if you need some advice on it, I can help you :) I follow quite many series on Netflix and HBO GO. In the last few months I really liked The Handmaid's Tale, Castle Rock, Sharp Objects, The Staircase, Big Little Lies, Stranger Things, Black Mirror, Master of None... Among my all-time favourite films I would mention Seven which always has a great impact on me. And I've just seen Love by Gaspar Noé which I also found a fantastic work of art. The last non-fiction book I read was Nix by Nathan Hill. Now I'm reading 'Fear: Trump in the White House' by Bob Woodward.
Одно удивительное, что я сделал
I started to learn Spanish in my childhood just because I was annoyed I didn't understand Spanish articles published on my favourite football team... It was a great feeling when I could read the homepage of Marca! I'm afraid I forgot quite much in the last 7 years, but I hope I'm still close to an intermediate level. And I also hope I did some other amazing things in my life that just don't come to my mind now. .. :D
